Spontanköpte en Sanyo Xacti VPC-WH1 i Paris i somras. Det är en liten smidig vattentät videokamera utan massa finesser. Filmar 720p i 30fps eller tjock-TV i 60fps. Här är alltså mitt första alster från La Palue, La Torche och Lacanau-Océan i Frankrike. Kila över till Vimeo och se den i HD eller nöj dig med att se den i låg upplösning här på bloggen. Det är en faslig massa wipeouts men jag hade inte görmycke material och tänkte att det kanske alltid roar någon. Rulla bandet änna!

En annan bra dag med bättre ljus. Tyvärr missade jag när det var som tubigast på lågvatten och kom ut i vågorna lite för sent.

I had a spontaneous photo shoot with the local skim crew of Hossegor[less]... read more »[/less].[more] Got a really friendly and warm welcome when I turned up with my skimboard at the beach and they invited me to skim with them. Thank you guys, I really appreciate it but I also wanted to catch the moment to take some photos. Besides, I'm a complete n00b at wave skimming and didn't want to make a complete fool of myself :) I finally got to try a few runs. It's even harder than it looks! I think I'll stick to skimming with my kite and occasionally the flats when I'm out of wind. It's still great inspiration to see your style and technique and I'm trying to incorporate into my kiteskimming.
